It seems to the Scots that they are putting more in the pot than they get back out, thanks to North Sea oil revenue.
Whatever, the move is on to break up and away. We have seen Yugoslavia break into six countries, reviving the name of Macedonia among others. Europe will no doubt see some leave the Euro Union rather than endure 'austerity.' It's all Putin can do to corral his own re election much less reign in his rebellious republics.
